Refund policy
In a case if you're unsatisfied with any purchase from our online cafe, please visit the Contact Us page or refer to the information below to receive a replacement or refund for the purchased item within 14 days of shipment. Please provide your name, the order number, items purchased, items being returned, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. Our goal is customer satisfaction so we will try our best to accommodate you in every way possible. If you have any issues with your coffee, tea, or treats, please contact Ilmcb@ilovemycoffeeblack.com within one week of receiving your order, we’re more than happy to help you find something you’ll love.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email Ilmcb@ilovemycoffeeblack.com and we will reply with a Return Merchadise Authorization number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
